These terms apply to purchases made through our website. Please read them before placing an order.

Placing an order

Please check your selected products, delivery address and contact details before completing your purchase.

After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it. Your order is accepted, and a purchase contract is formed, when we send your dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot accept your order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be processed or a material pricing error has occurred, we will contact you. Any payment taken for an order we cannot accept will be refunded.

Product information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

Please read each product’s description, age recommendations, care instructions and safety warnings before purchasing or using it.

Nothing in these terms affects your rights if goods are faulty, unfit for purpose or do not match their description.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. The total price, including any delivery charge, is shown before you complete your purchase.

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with each offer.

Shipping and delivery

We offer free standard shipping and a paid “3–5 Day Delivery” option to UK addresses accepted by our checkout.

Free standard shipping does not require a minimum spend or coupon. Any charge for the paid delivery option is displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery for both methods is 3–5 working days after placing your order, including order processing and transit time. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or a person you have nominated, except where the law provides otherwise.

Cancellation and returns

For most goods purchased online, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after the day you receive them. You then have a further 14 calendar days to send the goods back.

To cancel, email support@plushandfidget.co.uk or write to our business address with a clear statement of your decision.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct cost of return postage. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy for full instructions and refund arrangements.

Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If goods arrive faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights and cover reasonable necessary return costs.

Your rights concerning faulty goods are separate from the change-of-mind cancellation period.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you where you live.
